I got one from the same individual claiming th exact same amount and instructed to contact Fe-Ex Courier at a suspicious email address fed_ex.courier@london.com.
PLEASE!!! NEVER EVER CONTACT THESE SPAMMERS. YOU JUST TELL THEM THAT THIS IS A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS!!!

I also got one, claiming I won 7 milion pounds. Does anybody know why are they doing this?, is their only reason to know whether this email address is valid or not?
I guess it's the same method which is used by the Nigeria-Connection. As soon as you contact them, they tell you there are some problems sending you the money. Some additional costs and blah blah.. "Could you send me 100 USD to pay the fees etc..." Guess who will NEVER ever get the 7 Million pounds :)

I got it too not only on my e-mail from Felicia Samad but also on my Skype from Nigeria. Awful
