Ending of CPA license due to tax return fraud allegations

Valued AICPA participant,

We have received a delation about your probable assistance in income tax refund fraud   for one of your employers. According to AICPA Bylaw Paragraph 765 your Certified Public Accountant position can be end off in case of the issues of submitting of a false or fraudulent income tax return on the member's or a client's behalf.
